At Heal Not Heel, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible.

  • Processing Times
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

  • Shipping Rates
    Shipping to the USA starts at $1.99 USD. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Estimated Delivery Times
    Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and local postal services. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Tracking Your Order
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). If tracking is not available for your shipping method, rest assured our team will monitor your order until delivery.

  • International Shipping
    We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility
    Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags/packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Process
    To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@healnotheel.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item(s).

  • Refunds
    Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Exchanges
    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
